I was delighted to purchase Baydar from the Tattersalls July HIT Sale for 110,000gns and he will return to his current trainer Hugo Palmer but for a new owner. The entire son of Rock Of Gibraltar was very progressive in 2016 winning no less than 4 races on the trot including 2 x class 2 handicaps over 1m 2f. This year he has lost his way somewhat but it is hoped that a return to racing on ground with some ease will show him in a far better light and he can regain his 2016 winning form. Trainer Hugo Palmer did not want to lose him and so it was agreed to send him back to where he came from and we will look forward to seeing him perform on the track over the coming months.
