With the Newmarket July festival behind us, we are just about halfway through the Flat season and 2019 has the makings of a great year. Already this year I have enjoyed the Group win from Safe Voyage (£52,000 Yearling purchase) and Listed wins from Shenanigans (30,000gns foal purchase) and El Astronaute (£38,000 breeze-up purchase). Add to that Class 2 wins from Soto Sizzler (yearling purchase) &Fayez (breeze-up purchase) and Derby Trial L.R. 2nd Pablo Escobarr (yearling purchase). With plenty to look forward to including a number of well regarded unraced 2-year-old’s I am hopeful of a great 2nd half of the season.
