It was great to see Waikuku win his 2nd Group 1 race in Hong Kong with victory in the Queen’s Silver Jubilee Cup Group 1 at Sha Tin on Sunday 21st February. The son of Harbour Watch was a €33,000 yearling selection on behalf of legendary Irish trainer John Oxx, who trained him to win in good style on his 2nd start before being sold privately to race on in Hong Kong.
