Bintaryana continued her progressive season with victory at York in a Class 2 fillies handicap on 12th June.
The daughter of Showcasing has now run 4 times in 2026 recording figures of 1st, 2nd, 2nd, 1st and this win was a career best against some well regarded fillies.
Early in the race Bintaryana was a few lengths off her rivals and then hit traffic problems in the closing 2 furlongs but her turn of foot and tenacity meant that jockey Marco Ghiani was able to swing past and land her head in front on the line. It was a thrilling race and ultimately timed to perfection.
