Benjamin Thomas who I purchased as a breeze-up horse for 25,000gns won his maiden over 6f in some style on Saturday when winning by 8 lengths. The son of Mayson has been ultra consistent in his races to date without getting his head in front but he made no mistake over the 6f trip at Catterick under jockey Jason Hart.
