The Tattersalls July sale is a mix of horses-in-training and mares/fillies and I managed to purchase 2 great value fillies on behalf of a client.
The first purchase was Lot 198 a 3-year-old daughter of New Approach who I purchased for just 2,000gns. The filly is named Any Answers and is unraced to date and is a sister to 6 winners including Listed winner Titus Mills. The 2nd dam is Group 1 winner Aqaarid and the 3rd dam Group 1 winner Ashayer.
The second purchase was Lot 674, Katrine who won on debut as a 2yo. By Kodiac and a full-sister to the high-class Areen they are out of the winning 2yo Falconry who herself is a daughter of Group 1 performing 2yo Fear And Greed. Katrine cost 13,000gns.
