It’s been a good week for Winners for Richard Knight starting with Tullia’s 3 1/4 length win over a mile at Windsor on Monday 13th. Tullia who was winning her 2nd race of her career was a 15,000gns yearling and is half-sister to Gr.2 winner and Gr.1 performer Tullius.
Successful pinhook Maraakib (€48,000 foal/80,000gns yearling) won his 2yo maiden on Tuesday 14th when winning a 7f maiden at Leicester in convincing style. The son of Dark Angel looks progressive and should make into a decent 3yo next year.
And yesterday (Thursday), Sinndar’s Man who is the first National Hunt horse selected by Richard (8,000gns HIT selection) came out and won his 2nd race from just 3 starts when winning the 2 mile juvenile hurdle at Uttoxeter – his form figures now read 211 and the Fred Winter Juvenile Hurdle at Cheltenham is now firmly on his agenda.
