It was fantastic to be at Sandown Park on Thursday 25 th May to see Roberto Escobarr win the Henry II Stakes, Group 3. The son of Galileo who I purchased from the Goffs Orby yearling sale for €145,000 was tough and genuine in managing to repel the charges of high-class performer Nate The Great.
Roberto Escobarr has now won at Group and Listed level and has either won or been placed in 8 of his 12 starts to date.
Congratulations to his owner Hussain Alabbas Lootah, trainer William Haggas and jockey Richard Kingscote.
