Ripon races ‘double’ as Fayez and Speed Company win

Posted on 6 June 2019

It was a double on the day at Ripon as 55,000gns breeze-up purchase Fayez won the class 3 event and £48,000 yearling purchase Speed Company won the class 4. Fayez, a son of Zoffany is at the top of his game currently and won this off a rating of 93 – he was a course and distance class 2 winner on his previous start. Speed Company had been falling down the weights since being rated over 100 but he showed a good turn of foot to win for trainer Ian Williams – there could well be more to come from the son of Fast Company.

Congratulations to all connections.
