Five Classic and Group 1 winning fillies in and out of training, seven dams of Group 1 winners and two Group/Grade 1 winning mares in foal to DUBAWI are amongst the stars of an outstanding catalogue for the forthcoming Tattersalls December Mares Sale, which takes place November 30th – December 3rd. The catalogue for Europe’s premier breeding stock sale comprises 1,113 broodmares and fillies in/out of training and can be viewed online at www.tattersalls.com.

Heading the Classic and Group 1 winning fillies is this year’s regally bred Oaks winner QUALIFY. The Aidan O’Brien trained daughter of FASTNET ROCK is joined by last year’s European Champion two year old filly TIGGY WIGGY (KODIAC), winner of the Group 1 Cheveley Park Stakes, the James Fanshawe trained RIBBONS (MANDURO), winner of the 2014 Group 1 Prix Jean Romanet, ODELIZ (FALCO), winner of this year’s Group 1 Prix Jean Romanet for trainer Karl Burke and multiple South African Group 1 winner IN THE FAST LANE (JET MASTER).

The seven dams of Group 1 winners include two in foal to DUBAWI; EVER RIGG, the dam of this year’s Group 1 King George VI and Queen Elizabeth Stakes winner POSTPONED, carrying his own brother or sister, and TIME CONTROL, dam of last year’s Group 1 Moyglare Stakes winner CURSORY GLANCE.

There are four other outstanding mares in foal to DUBAWI, comprising Group/Grade 1 winners AMBIVALENT and ICON PROJECT, as well as KELLY NICOLE, dam of Group 2 winner ALJAMAAHEER and the beautifully bred Group 3 placed GALILEO five year old HANKY PANKY, who is the half sister not only to GIANT’S CAUSEWAY, but also YOU’RESOTHRILLING, whose first three foals are Irish 2000 and 1000 Guineas winners GLENEAGLES and MARVELLOUS and recent Group 3 winning two year old COOLMORE.

Completing the septet of dams of Group 1 winners are ANA LUNA, the dam of Grade 1 Garden City Stakes winner ALTERITE, in foal to OASIS DREAM, ARUM LILY, dam of Grade 1 Northern Dancer Stakes winner REDWOOD, in foal to NATHANIEL, IRISH QUESTION, dam of Group 1 Criterium International winner LOCH GARMAN, in foal to NEW APPROACH, NEW ORCHID, dam of Group 1 Haydock Sprint Cup winner AFRICAN ROSE, in foal to BATED BREATH and NIGHT VISIT, dam of Irish Derby winner TRADING LEATHER, in foal to DAWN APPROACH.

In total there are more than 130 Group and Listed winners/producers catalogued and the cast of covering sires is equally impressive with more than 140 mares in foal to the top 20 active sires including DANSILI, DARK ANGEL, DUBAWI, GALILEO, INVINCIBLE SPIRIT, OASIS DREAM, SEA THE STARS and SHAMARDAL.
